Kerry Says He'll Draw Allies to Iraq

During a cross-country campaign tour, Sen. John Kerry criticizes President Bush's assessment that the economy is improving and his handling of the Iraq war. Kerry says more international allies are likely to join the Iraq effort if a new U.S. president with "new credibility" is in place. Hear NPR's Scott Horsley.
