Terror Alerts Based on Years-Old Reports

Intelligence officials say much of the information that led to a heightened terror alert level for financial districts in New York and Washington, D.C., was several years old, and they're unsure whether planning for attacks continues. Meanwhile, Congress holds hearings on competing visions for intelligence reform. Hear NPR's Mary Louise Kelly.
