Kerry Offers Challenge to Bush on Terror War

Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John Kerry says he can fight a more effective war on terror than President Bush. The assertion represents a new strategy for Kerry; President Bush has consistently won high marks for his efforts to fight terrorism. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
