Southwest States Offer Amnesty to Artifact Thieves

In a bid to reclaim stolen Native American artifacts — especially sacred items — officials in Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico are trying a new tack. They're offering looters amnesty. So far the effort has produced limited success. Mark Brodie of member station KJZZ reports.
