The United Nations and relief groups are trying to help more than 1 million people driven from their homes in western Sudan by drought and Arab militias. Efforts to aid the refugees are hampered by war and seasonal rains that make roads in the Darfur region impassible. Hear NPR's Jason Beaubien.
