Brandon Maxfield, a paralyzed teenager, is trying to buy the assets of the bankrupt gun manufacturer that made the gun that accidentally turned him into a quadriplegic. Maxfield wants to melt the remaining gun parts into a statue to honor victims of gun crimes. NPR's Richard Gonzales reports.
