Looser Visa Process Urged for Foreign Students
After the Sept. 11 atacks, stringent security measures were initiated to better control the flow of foreign students to the United States. Many educators are worried that the measures are too tough and are discouraging foreign students from applying to U.S. schools. NPR's Anthony Brooks reports.
