Bush Plan Would Reduce Troops in Europe, Asia

President Bush announces a plan to shift up to 70,000 U.S. military personnel stationed in Europe and Asia in an effort to create a more agile and responsive military. They will be based elsewhere, including the United States. The move does not effect those currently stationed in Iraq. Hear NPR's Don Gonyea.
