Displaced Floridians Seek Relief in Shelters

Many residents of Florida displaced by Hurricane Charley are seeking basic services such as food and water in temporary shelters. But local and state officials say it's still unclear where the storm's victims will be housed on a more long-term temporary basis. Hear NPR's Debbie Elliott.
