Shiite Cleric Agrees to Deal to End Mosque Siege

A delegate from the Iraqi National Conference says radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr has agreed to end his siege of the holy mosque in the city of Najaf. NPR's Ivan Watson speaks with NPR's Noah Adams about what the implications are for future peace in Iraq.
