The Marketplace Report: Court Sides with File Swappers

NPR's Alex Chadwick talks to Bob Moon of Marketplace about the latest legal blow to the entertainment industry. A federal appeals court has ruled that makers of Internet file-sharing programs such as StreamCast are not legally liable for the songs or movies their users swap online.
