When he chose to make his Vietnam service the focus of the Democratic National Convention, Sen. John Kerry tapped into some of the most powerful political emotions of the past half century. The controversies of that era are being revived by political ads questioning Kerry's account of his war services. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
