Royal Dutch/Shell Fined $150 Million

Royal Dutch/Shell agrees to pay more than $150 million to settle fraud charges in the United States and Britain. The company was accused of overstating its proven oil and gas reserves by more than 20 percent. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
