House OKs National Gang Intel Center

The U.S. House of Representatives last month passed legislation that would provide the FBI with $10 million to create a national gang intelligence center. Hear NPR's Tavis Smiley, U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), and Michael Walker, executive director of the Partnership for a Safer Cleveland.
