NPR's Robert Siegel talks to newspaper editors in two counties at opposite ends of the poverty scale. Michael Deak, editor of The Somerset Reporter, a weekly published in the county seat, Somerville. Somerset, N.J., has the highest median household income in country. He also talks to an editor at The Monitor of McAllen Texas, the county with the lowest median household income.
