New Ballot Design in Florida County
NPR's Melissa Block talks with Theresa LePore, elections supervisor for Palm Beach County, Fla., about the design of the absentee ballot they'll be using in next week's primary elections. The new design requires voters to indicate their choices by connecting broken arrows. LePore was responsible for approving the confusing butterfly ballot used in the 2000 elections.
