Celebrating the "Diff'rence" Dinah Washington Made
Writer Nadine Cohodas celebrates the life of the Alabama-born Dinah Washington. She would have turned 80 on August 29. The crossover jazz, blues and light pop star is famous for the Grammy-winning tune "What a Diff'rence a Day Makes."
