At a campaign stop Friday at a San Francisco suburb, Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry talked about everyday money worries — taking his cue from statistics showing U.S. poverty on the rise and lower growth of the U.S. Gross Domestic Product in the second quarter of the fiscal year.
