Kerry Puts Emphasis on Financial Issues

Sen. John Kerry attempts to leave a dispute over his Vietnam War record behind and focus on pocketbook issues. The Democratic presidential candidate says the Bush administration has done little to address the problem. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
