Remembering Ohio Guardsman Charles Wilkins

Later this week, there will be a funeral mass for an Ohio National Guard member killed this month in a roadside explosion in Iraq. At age 38, 1st Lt. Charles L. Wilkins is nearly twice as old as some of the troops he commanded. Friends and co-workers remember Wilkins as a witty, dedicated individual who volunteered for Iraq duty.
