Judging Reach of Army Abuse Reports

NPR's Eric Westervelt has an overview of two reports released this past week about prisoner abuse in Iraq. The reports show responsibility for the abuses extends at least as far up the chain of command as U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez. Sanchez was the former U.S. ground commander in Iraq.
