U.N. Qaeda Sanctions Called Ineffective

A United Nations monitoring group concludes that the international body's attempts to curb the activities of al Qaeda have had little impact, urging that sanctions be revised. Since 1999, the U.N. Security Council has enacted numerous resolutions targeting the terror group and the Taliban. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
