Palestinian prisoners continue their hunger strike in Israeli jails, demanding better conditions and an end to strip searches. Human rights groups say they are particularly concerned about Palestinian children held in Israeli custody for their part in the ongoing uprising. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
