U.N. Urges African Peacekeepers for Sudan

A new U.N. report finds little progress in efforts to stop the raping and killing of civilians in Sudan's Darfur region. The report calls on Sudan to accept African peacekeepers, but does not mention sanctions, which the U.N. threatened to use against Sudan if it did not stop the attacks. Hear NPR's Michele Kelemen.
