Hurricane Frances is expected to make landfall in Florida late Friday, less than a month after Hurricane Charley killed 27 people and caused billions of dollars in damage in the state. Frances has been downgraded to a Category 3 storm but remains extremely dangerous. Hear NPR's Jon Hamilton.
