Storms Revitalize Florida's Aquifers

Meteorologist Dr. Peter Ray of Florida State University talks with NPR's Liane Hansen about the effect of the heavy rains from Bonnie, Charley and Frances on Florida's soil. Flooding concerns aside, the state actually needs the rain to recharge its aquifers.
