More Evacuations Ordered as Frances Moves North

As Frances heads northwest toward Florida's Panhandle, people in four counties are told to evacuate their homes. Preliminary numbers put damage from the storm at $2.5 billion. In August, Hurricane Charley caused about $7 billion damage. Hear NPR's Renee Montagne and NPR's Jackie Northam.
