'American Jobs' Documents Laid-Off Workers

The dirty word of 2004 when it comes to labor is outsourcing. The angst of some of those without work is captured in a powerful, new documentary titled American Jobs. NPR's Tavis Smiley speaks with Greg Spotts, who profiled workers laid off as a result of outsouring.
