Intelligence Reforms Top Congress' Agenda

With Election Day looming, lawmakers return to Capitol Hill to tackle a busy agenda topped by the Sept. 11 commission's proposals to reform the nation's intelligence agencies. Congress will also consider the nomination of Rep. Porter Goss (R-FL) to head the CIA. Hear NPR's David Welna.
