Hurricane Ivan is threatening to become the third major storm to strike Florida in the last month. NPR's Eric Weiner reports how the state's susceptibility to storms has made one local broadcaster into an unlikely folk hero. Television weatherman Bryan Norcross has become known as "Mr. Hurricane."
