New York City firefighters were hailed as true heroes in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks. But some families of fallen African-American firefighters feel their loved ones had been overlooked. NPR's Karen Grigsby Bates talks to filmmaker Lillian Benson about how she memorialized those men in her documentary All Our Sons: Fallen Heroes of 9/11.
