Only a handful of people were pulled out alive from the rubble of the Twin Towers nearly three years ago. The last two police officers to be rescued were discovered by an accountant with a military background, who bluffed his way past roadblocks and looked for survivors even when the site was deemed too dangerous for rescue workers. NPR's Chris Arnold reports.
