Weather forecasters now believe Hurricane Ivan is likely to hit somewhere between the Gulf coasts of Louisiana and Alabama by Wednesday evening. NPR's Noah Adams talks with NPR's Deborah Elliot, reporting on the approaching storm from Mobile, Ala.
