U.S. Not Seen Retaking Fallujah Before Vote

Analysts question whether U.S. forces can re-assert full control over the troubled Iraqi city of Fallujah before January's scheduled elections. Critics say Iraqi forces aren't prepared to assist in an offensive and warn high civilian casualties could spark a backlash among Iraqis. Hear NPR's Eric Westervelt.
