Insurgents in Iraq are increasingly focusing their attacks on destabilizing the reconstruction effort. They appear to be trying to delegitimize Iraqi's interim government in an attempt to thwart elections scheduled for January. Hear NPR's Scott Simon and Salameh Nematt of the Al-Hayat newspaper.
