U.S. In Talks with Syria to Secure Iraqi Border

The United States is reportedly in discussions with Syria in an effort to stop militants, weapons and money from crossing into Iraq. The talks could lead to joint U.S.-Syrian patrols along the border between Syria and Iraq. NPR's Steve Inskeep talks to Time magazine reporter Adam Zagorin.
