First Enron Criminal Trial Underway

The first criminal trial involving former Enron executives and some of their Wall Street bankers got under way in Houston Tuesday. Jurors will be asked to decide whether Merrill Lynch set up fraudulent transactions to help Enron meet its earnings targets. Hear NPR's Renee Montagne and NPR's Wade Goodwyn.
