NPR's Michele Norris talks with David Mack of the Middle East Institute, former ambassador to the United Arabs Emirates. Ambassador Mack discusses what has changed in Iraq since Ayad Allawi became Interim prime minister. He says that Allawi has always said what's on his mind, and is unafraid to go against the White House line.
