Voting Early in the Presidential Race

The U.S. presidential campaign is in full swing, and in some states the actual voting is, too. Nearly half of U.S. states now allow voters to cast their ballots weeks in advance using absentee ballots, even if they are going to be present in the state on Election Day. NPR's Pam Fessler reports.
