Tort reform and the so-called litigation explosion have been a focus of this presidential campaign. NPR's Jennifer Ludden talks with three experts on the subject to find out the link between litigation and the economy. She speaks with law professors Frank Cross of Northwestern University, Michael McCann of the University of Washington, and Walter Olson of the Manhattan Institute.
