Emily Kopp of Georgia Public Radio reports on the life of 26-year-old Tyler Hall Brown, a 1st Lt. with the 9th Infantry Regiment who was killed by a sniper in Iraq on September 14th. The former Georgia Tech student is remembered by his friends and family as outgoing, gentlemanly, and comfortable with the formality and tradition of the military.
