Salvation Army Banned by Target

The Salvation Army's trademark bells won't be ringing outside Target stores this holiday season. The retailer says it has decided to force the charity to abide by a ban on solicitation at Target stores. Target is the largest retailer to ban the kettle donations. Jessie Graham reports.
