Blair Defends Iraq Policy at Party Conference

British Prime Minister Tony Blair launches a bid for a third term in power at his Labour Party's annual conference by defending his support for the war in Iraq. In his speech, Blair also tried to focus attention on his domestic agenda. NPR's Anthony Kuhn reports.
