Navy Closing System That Attracted Demonstrators

For more than 20 years a Navy nuclear submarine communications system, buried in the northern woods of Wisconsin, has been the scene of frequent anti-war demonstrations. The Navy says it will use satellites and updated technology at other transmitters to replace this system. Stephanie Hemphill of Minnesota Public Radio reports.
