World Bank Pushes Private Investment

In its new development report, the World Bank concludes that many poor countries should do more to encourage private investors. The World Bank encourages developing countries to take even small steps to reassure investors, improve property rights, and reduce the amount of red tape required of foreign investors. NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports.
