Sen. John Edwards was on the campaign trail in Pittsburgh when NPR's Tavis Smiley caught up with him to talk about minority healthcare, national security, his debate with Vice President Dick Cheney and the upcoming debate between President George W. Bush and Sen. John Kerry.
