Panel Ties Intelligence Reform, Immigration Rules

The House Judiciary Committee adds a package of immigration provisions to the debate on overhauling U.S. intelligence agencies. Republicans on the committee said reforms could not come without enacting the provisions. NPR's David Welna reports.
