Along Iraq's border with Syria, Iraqi recruits train in a program designed to block the flow of Islamist fighters and other illegal traffic. At the camp where training takes place, Iraqi recruits are frustrated by a lack of basic supplies and relatively small paychecks. Hear NPR's Peter Kenyon.
