U.S. High Court to Rule on Sentencing, Death Penalty

The U.S. Supreme Court returns to the bench Monday and is expected to rule on a slate of controversial and far-reaching criminal court issues. On the docket are federal sentencing guidelines and the juvenile death penalty, and also the legality of medical marijuana.
