NPR's John Ydstie gets a preview of Tuesday's Cheney-Edwards debate with John Margolis, former political correspondent for The Chicago Tribune. Margolis, a panelist during the famous 1988 Quayle-Bentsen vice presidential debate, looks at other vice-presidential debates in the past and discusses whether they have ever influenced the outcome of an election.
